Ask about this weekAbout us
A proper club, without the politics
Orpington Footballers United Club started the way most good things do — a handful of mates wanting a regular kickabout that did not fizzle out after a month. It grew. Now we are out on the 3G every Friday night, week in, week out.
We are a fitness-first group. Most of us are here because ninety minutes chasing a ball beats an hour on a treadmill, and because it is the one night in the week that is properly ours. Some of our players are quick, some of us used to be. Both are welcome.
We are open to anyone aged 18 and over, and the mix of players is the point. Nobody is dropped, nobody sits out, and the only rule that really matters is that everybody goes home in one piece and up for it again next week.
Every Friday, no excuses
One fixture a week, same night, same pitch. Turn up and you are playing.
Half and full-size 3G
We have access to both half and full-size all-weather 3G pitches, so there is always room for a proper game.
18 and over, all abilities
Open to anyone aged 18 and over, whatever their ability. Balanced teams every week so the games stay competitive and fun.
Fitness with a scoreboard
We track goals, assists and appearances so there is always something to play for.
